The two day summit that started on 16th Feb, 2017 will end tomorrow. Life will go as usual for residents of Jharkhand. Most will say what has changed and what will change; it was just a marketing event at best. Nothing much will improve and other typical blabbers due to eternal cynicism in general and the trust we have in our govt. I have only one thing to say; 'Rome was not built in a day !'.
